Video: Egg Banjo and an Asparagus Tapas Sharing Platter

This summer I had the pleasure of shooting this little clip in Manchester. As you will see, we explored some fantastic fish, veg and street food stalls. We messed around with whole slimy octopus, had some delicious dim sum and I ended up chomping on a dozen tomatoes because I kept ruining the take by bursting into laughter! The clip includes two really simple recipes- an Egg Banjo, which is just a glorified fried egg sandwich, and an Asparagus Tapas Sharing Platter which includes perfectly soft boiled quails eggs with deliciously runny yolks and catalan toasts.
