Maple & Pecan Glazed Eclairs

Crisp and light pastry filled with a sumptuous vanilla cream, all topped with a decadent maple & pecan glaze. Sounds pretty good doesn’t it!

Don’t be afraid of choux pastry, it’s actually pretty quick and easy to make. It requires a bit of arm power but you can always cheat and use an electric beater. The topping is seriously decadent and would work amazingly on doughnuts or with churros.
