This is one seriously indulgent treat. It’s super easy and super quick to make – the longest part is chilling the cookie dough. Make sure you have a blender or food processor handy to blitz it all together.
- Beat together the butter, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix in 1tbsp milk, and then the flour, salt and chocolate chips. Shove into the fridge for 20 minutes until firm.
- Roll ¼ of the cookie dough into chickpea sized balls, and put them into the bottom of two drinking glasses.
- Put the rest of the cookie dough into a blender, along with 500ml milk and the ice cream. Blitz together until the ice cream is incorporated into the milk.
- Divide the milkshake between the drinking glasses. Serve with a wide drinking straw.
