Fudge

Have you got a really good vanillia fudge recipie? My mum and I have a really good chocolate fugde recipie, which gives us a grainy, yet soft fudge, but we've yet to find a really good vanillia one.
Help would be appricated!

Hi Sam, I'm enjoying the new cookbook I bought for my kids, "Cooking up a storm", the Hebrew version. The carrot soup was a big success. Unfortunately I had a flop with the Maple Tart Cake recipe (strange name in itself, don't you think?). There seems to be a problem...

Hey Sam,
My mums got coeliac disease, so its really hard to cook her anything sweet thats homemade except bog standard coffee or chocolate cake.
Could you tell me a recipe that would be okay for her to eat and is relatively interesting?
