I have decided to cook a meal for my girlfriend for Valentines day, I will be using your US Shortcake for desert, but what can I use for a main course - She doesnt like fish.

I love cooking for my mates but one of the is diabetic. I'd love to buy her chocolates as a special present but she doesn't really like the taste of diabetic chocolate. What can I use as a present for her.
