today in school i made a 'scone-based pizza suitible for a lacto vegetarian'. dispite thinking otherwise it was really nice but this is my question: When it ripped off a little bit and ate it when it was fresh from the oven while clearing up the base was really soft...

hey there!
just wondering... i need a main course that is suitable for a balanced diet with loads of vits and minerals,
with an "attractive" salad, if you have any ideas I would be so so greatful! its really broad but i need it to be simple...
