i've invented this sauce which goes well with pork and entered it into the guild of food writers cook it competition (fingers crossed), just thought i'd post it up here to see if you or people lokking at your site wanted to try it, here...

This is my recipe for this delicious and i recommend it;
ingredients
4oz margarine
1 level tablespoon golden syrup
1 tablespoon caster sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2oz sultanas
2oz chopped glace cherries(optional)
8oz digestive biscuits
200g bar of milk...

hi sam.i recently bought your book and have allready tried out a few of the recipies.my favorite so far is the tomato tart-but i changed some of the ingrediants :) i added some spicy fried chiken n onions,then chopped green peppers on top.it was a real treat of a meal...
