for food studies class at school we have to make a salad using seasonal food.
do you have any ideas or tips for making an interesting salad, because just having lettuce is a bit unoriginal :]

Just wanted to express my admiration for Sam's books. They are totally fab and not just for teens. As an adult beginner cook of the complete clueless variety, I am using these books to teach myself cookery from scratch. And so far it is working! Thank you Sam and Susan...
