disaster!!

me and my mum made the chocolate mouses in cooking up a storm and we wer gonna make twice as many so my mum put twice as much in of water of the ingredients but forgot and put the right amoount of sugar and all the other!!! it turned out...

Tonight I'm gonna make scarlet couscous & veggie skewers. I looked at the recipe and noticed it had raisins, but i really hate em. What can i replace them with?
