Hi, have been meaing to e mail for a while now, I bought your cook book cooking up a storm and have to say that from all the cook books I have at home, yours is the one that I keep going back to use, the recipes are fab and so easy to understand.
I have bought my fair share of cook books with ingredients I have never heard of but yours is so easy to do, in fact I bought a copy for my brother who lived on beans until he got the book !
Anybody reading this go buy the book !
